For new customer purchases, license keys should be delivered within 10 minutes from sales@komodolabs.com and works 99% of the time.  For the fastest delivery, we suggest using an organizational email address, not a free email address like gmail, yahoo, etc.  If you’re unable to locate the license email in your spam box after 10 minutes from ordering, please email sales@komodolabs.com any time after and we’ll contact you ASAP.  NEWT Pro add-on licenses and support maintenance orders are currently manually processed and may take a few hours.  Thank you for your purchase.
