I own a 300-node license and want to purchase an additional 100 licenses. How do I do that?
I\'ve sent several requests by e-mail but have not received a reply.

Hello Mr. Dixon. We\'ve received all your emails and replied to each one. We\'ve written a few times from support@komodolabs.com as well as sales@komodolabs.com, but there may be a spam filter on your end. Could you check for this and try again?
If you don\'t find anything, please let us know and perhaps we could email you from a different account, such as Hotmail, until this issue is resolved.

Thanks for your speedy reply. I\'ll have that checked on my end and see if they can retrieve the messages; if not I\'ll forward from another address.
I thought about this but discounted it because when I requested a 400-user evaluation the message from sales@komodolabs.com came right through.

That puzzled us as well because when you replied to the first email, the original email from sales was there.
Perhaps something happened unrelated around that time to cause our other emails not to get to you.
We were actually about ready to call you with the number we have on file. Would you prefer this so we can get you upgraded?

They couldn\'t find any blocked messages but your domain is now whitelisted for us so if you could resend the original reply I would greatly appreciate it.
