We've seen this happen sometimes, but not to this extent. We are working on a new version to fix the issue completely, but it will take some time.
There's one of two things you can do for now as a workaround. One is to reboot the remote PC, the other is to look in Task Manager and find anything starting with "NEWT" and kill it.
If you keep having this problem after performing the above steps, please let us know. We're looking for users who can possibly help us fix this issue by being able to reproduce it.
