What would cause 2 of the same make/model of computers to return different results? For example, one computer returns serial number and group info..another computer returns neither.

Are you getting any kind of error under Scan Status? If you don\'t show an error, we can contact you through email and help you get it taken care of.

I am not getting any scan errors at all! I have compared services settings between \"good scan\" and \"bad scan\", there are no differences. I have checked TCP/IP stacks with no differences.
These machines are identical in every way!
