I AM NEW TO THIS AND HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO "WHOIS" ON NEWT. PLEASE HELP

Hi, NEWT doesn't have a "whois" feature.  It's not an Internet application.

There is many other software that provides "whois".

Please let me know if we misinterpreted your question.
