Can you tell me why I might be getting these funny looking symbols for the serial number ?

Normally we'd say this represents a bad serial number entry on the manufacturer's part, but you have more than one of the same model and the other is reporting properly.

We will email you privately about this issue and try to get it corrected in the latest version if possible.
