Title: Another Serial Number issue

This is the monitor serial number I get an error reading serial number

Hello.  This could be due to a monitor not being set to the correct one. (i.e., Default monitor, instead of Sony SF154, for example)
Or it could be that the monitor was turned off or disconnected when the computer was booted.

Please let us know what you find out.

Looks like it must have been off. It scan this morning. Could you change your message to say error reading or monitor off. This might help in future scans
