Hello!
I\'m having the same problem already reported and I check the issues already posted, but I\'m still can not see the info in some pc\'s.
I have administrator priviledges. I in a domain. I can get into their regedit.
I think your product is great, but I can\'t present it for buying if I can not solve this issues.

I'll trully apreciate your support. I like this tool and I need a good result to present this to the managers.
In the evaluation scan I made, as you can see, there are pc's with Win XP Pro and in one case there are full information, and in other, no info at all. That is confusing, but I'll wait your support by mail.
