Title: Dell Computers won't log information

I am trying to get all of the computers on my network scanned.  It appears as though the Dell computers on my network are being skipped.  Any reasoning for this that you can think of?

Hello.  There shouldn\'t be a reason why NEWT would just skip Dell machines.  This doesn\'t sound like a common issue.  We will contact you by email to get this resolved.
