I keep getting a little pop up custom/empty when I test credentails on one machine.  i have tried setting credentials but no joy. Any ideas?

Hello and thank you.  We are working on this and a Monitor information bug now.  We should have a new version to fix this within the next couple days.

If you\'d like us to help with your access issue, please save a scan (MRF file) of that machine and send it to support@komodolabs.com.  We will try our best to help resolve it.

Hi Any news on this yet. How do I save the scan as an mrf file?

Hi, this should now be fixed in the latest build, 2309.  We\'re sorry if you weren\'t informed through email.

You can download the latest version from our main site www.KomodoLabs.com

To save a scan, you just visit \"Save As...\" under the File menu.  But there is no reason to send us anything now unless you continue to have a problem.

Downloaded 2309 update - works fine.
