can anyone help? nothing will scan and work?:(:(:(

Hi, could you scan to get the error, then save a scan as an MRF (from the File/Save As... menu) and email it to supportATkomodolabs.com?  This will allow us to see what you\'re seeing.

Just so others know, this issue was due to the Guest default security.
