Title: Error 1311

I am evaluating the free version and received the following error message from a Windows XP box that is up and running.

Connection error occurred (Error 1311: There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.)

I tried setting the credentials, but receive the same error.  Other machines on the network were successfully scanned.

What would cause this error?

Hi, sorry for delay.  Correct, setting credentials won\'t help, but we\'ll try and help you with this any way we can.  Firstly, is this PC on a domain or on a workgroup?

Also, does Windows give an error if you try to access that PC using Windows Explorer or IE, as in \"\\\\ComputerName\"?

This is one of the more difficult errors to track down, but thankfully it is rare.
