Title: Not finding router

I just recently started using NEWT Pro as a trial. I'm trying it out on my home network put it is not picking up my router. My router is not pingable but I can get to the web interface by IP. Am I missing a setting somewhere or does it need to be pingable?

Hi there.  NEWT does currently require the device to be pingable, however we're working on new technology to detect such non-pingable devices in a new product we plan to release for purchase very soon.  Please contact our support department if you're interested in checking it out the beta.
