Title: Low-Level: Couldn't start service after installing

Running a scan, several  computers are not scanned and I get the scan status: Low-Level: Couldn't start service after installing.

They are all joined to the domain and even after setting administrator credentials I get back the same message.

Hi there.  Does this only happen on those several PCs but not the rest?  This is usually caused by a separate firewall or unmanaged anti-virus software running on the machine that doesn't work well with our software.

Could you possibly try rebooting one of them and rescanning it to see if it still happens just on that PC?
