Title: Filters for each of the columns

It would be really nice if each field - device name, ip address, etc. had the ability to add filter criteria that would include/exclude a set of data we could input.  For example, for operating system if we could set a filter like: Operating System includes "server" or Uptime is greater than 120 days

That's a good idea and is on our list for v2.  To do this, all data will need to be in a DB backend. This will also allow keeping or "reloading" the previous scan data.  More importantly there will be automated scanning, so new devices on the network get scanned and everything is kept up-to-date.  Because of this, you'll most likely wish to run Slitheris 24/7.  We plan to release details of version 2 as they become available, but rest assured it will be a free upgrade since everyone receives Free Lifetime Upgrades.
