Title: Inventory of Windows Tab is Blank

My Newt Scanner is scanning computers just fine, and does find and list the correct OS on the Primary tab, but my Windows tab is blank/empty.  Any ideas on how to get that tab to start reporting information again?  The fields for scanning Windows are all checked under the scan properties as well.

We very much apologize about the delay in getting back with you.  Usually we reply the same day.

Could it be you're doing a simple "IP Discovery" and not a full scan?  I tested it here and it worked ok.  When you only perform an IP discovery, it won't fill in the Windows tab.  We are looking into changing this in the future.
