According to the help file

Manually add machine
To add a machine manually, click the small arrow to the right of the “Discovery” button on the main toolbar.  Then type in the machine name or IP address of the machine you would like to add

I don't have a small arrow to the right of the discovery button.  Am I missing something really obvious???

This is a mistake on our part.  As we neared our deadline for release, there were a couple problematic features that were removed from the software, but apparently were left accidently in the manual.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.  We will remove it from the manual and we apologize for the inconvenience, but we also plan to add this feature to NEWT Pro later.
