performing second scan misses all objects
« on: August 26, 2004, 03:40:15 PM »
Hi,

If I open up NEWT Pro v1.0 and run a scan objects are returned as expected. If I then click the scan button and enter a different ip range more often than not no objects are returned. I have to restart NEWT and scan the IP range again for the scan to work.

Is this a common problem and is there a fix for it?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello, yes, we apologize that there is a bug in 1.0 of NEWT Pro that causes this problem.  We have since re-written IP discovery from scratch and currently only have a beta version.  The newest version (2.0) also contains many great new features.

We will contact you through email about how to download the newest version.

Thank you
