Export Primary Data to Excel with Column Headings
« on: June 05, 2006, 04:26:32 PM »
I\'m not sure if this is a feature request or a bug report...

When I export to Excel it does not include column headings.  Unless I\'ve just missed a check box somewhere, that would be very helpful.

Also, when I export the Primary Data to Excel, I get several blank columns.  Some single blank columns in the middle of the data and toward the end sometimes several blank columns in a row, then more populated columns.  Not a serious problem, but I always have to go through and delete the blank columns, then insert a row and type the column header in.  ;-)

Oh, I\'m using build 2307 on WinXP Pro. SP2

Hi, this post has been moved to the appropriate area.

This sounds like a possible bug.  Does it matter which Tab (Primary, Windows, System, etc.) you\'re exporting from?

Does the same occur when exporting to a CSV, which can be imported into Excel?
