I can\'t find anything on how to utilize differential compare. Can you help?  Bruce

Hi.  Unfortunately this is not in our manual, but I can explain how to use it.  It\'s not a complex comparison, but should help in detecting changes.

1. You want your most recent scan loaded into NEWT, either from a previous scan or scan new machines.
2. Select the tab you want to compare with an older scan.  You can currently only compare one tab at a time.
3. Choose \"Differential Compare\" under the file menu and open scan results (MRF) that were scanned at an earlier time.

You should then get a comparison of both files that shows what has changed, if anything, since the previous scan.  For example, \"ADDED\" would mean that a particular row was added since the last scan.

We plan to improve this feature later or even replace it with something much more intuitive.
