System tab doesn\'t display any tabs but pc name

When I click on the System tab so I can see all of the pc\'s system information, all I get is the \'Machine name\" tab.  In the past, if I were to reinstall the software, it would come back.  It did not this time.  Please help.

It sounds like the default config file wasn\'t able to install for some reason.  Please try visiting \"Scan Properties\" in the toolbar and then click the \"Select All\" button to see if that brings them back.

Also, are you using v2.5.175?
