Error 1061 During Scan

We are in need of support with an issue with a network scan.
We are getting an error when we try scanning machines (many get the following error).
\"Low-Level: Couldn\'t start service: Stop pending: Disabled, Error: 1061\"
The scan seems to stop right when it gets more information about the CPU. It gets to the part about the CPU, hangs and then gives that error for that particular machine. It seems to be happening for most of the machines on that network.

Any idea on what could be causing this and the potential resolution?

Hi, we tried emailing you about this, but we\'re having some serious issues with outgoing emails today.  We\'re working to get it resolved now.

We had written back and asked if you could you try turning on \"Safe Scan\" for \"All\" machines under Preferences and let us know if that helps at all.

Also, can you tell me what anti-virus you\'re using?
