Bug after Scanning

Hi,

i want to scan all clients of our company. After scanning some computers could´nt be scanned.
"IP cant't be scanned. This may be a non Windows device and those currently can't can't be scanned. (Error 1331: Anmeldung fehlgeschlagen: Das Konto ist zurzeit deaktiviert.)"
All Computers are installed on Windows!

Another Error:

IP cant't be scanned. This may be a non Windows device and those currently can't can't be scanned. (Error 1327: Anmeldung fehlgeschlagen: Benutzerkontenbeschränkung. Mögliche Ursachen hierfür: leere Kennwörter sind nicht zulässig, Anmeldezeitbeschränkungen, oder eine Richtlinienbeschränkung wurde angewendet.)

Another Problem:

NEWT is scanning a PC. The computer is named "PC044)
After scanning, this computer is listed in the results, but only with the name. There aren't any details of this machine (RAM, CPU, etc)

Can anyone help me fixing these problems?

Hi, sure, we'd love to help.

On these two errors:
1331: Logon failure: account currently disabled.
1327: Logon failure: user account restriction.  Possible reasons are blank passwords not allowed, logon hour restrictions, or a policy restriction has been enforced.

These sound like issues in your domain and may not be so much a NEWT issue, but a Windows security issue.  Could you try visiting any PCs that have those two particular errors using just Windows Explorer, as in "\\TheIPAddress" or "\\ComputerName" and tell me if you get a similar error?

As for the last issue, do you see anything listed for PC044 under the "Scan Status" column in the Primary tab?

No i can't visit these computers. I´ll check this with our IT admins.

For PC044 ist error 1331 listed. But the account isnt disabled. I logged on with my Domain Account on PC044 and run a scan in NEWT. But error is the same.

That's interesting.  So you also can't get to \\PC044 using Windows Explorer either?

You could try different domain credentials by right-clicking on a machine and choosing "Set Credentials".  Normally NEWT will use the same domain credentials you're logged in with.

Please let us know what you find out.
