Hi there, I can help you with this. What you're running into there are Microsoft's Multiple Activation Keys, also know as "MAK keys". Most competing products are unable show any part of these keys and therefore show as "BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB-BBBBB", but NEWT's able to at least get the last 5 so you can identify them them with Microsoft during any type of license audit, so you'll get something like "XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-RH43Y".
There is currently no software we know of that can read entire MAK keys, but if it's ever possible, you can bet we'll add it.
NEWT should be fully reading all other types of Microsoft keys. If you believe these are not MAK keys, please contact us.
