Hi, and thanks for the request. We definitely want to add a help desk at some point, but that's going to be a while. We're working on a major upgrade now however that will allow us to more easily add features like a help desk.
Sorry, we don't allow specific competitor links or mentions on the forums for different reasons, but you can email examples like this in the future, and what you like/dislike about them. It is good to see they were a U.S. competitor. Some competitors claim to be in the USA, but are really in the Ukraine, etc.
