On 2 4 of my machines I get \"No SPD Information Available\" for the memory slots tab. Any ideas why?

There are some computers that either may not support SPD (RAM Slot info) or there may be a setting disabled in BIOS (unlikely). It may be that we don\'t yet support that motherboard, however we are working on methods to allow our users to send this information to us so we can support them.

OK, thanks this is a great program. When we purchase the current version does it come with any upgrade protection for future releases within a certain time period?
