VPN scan
« on: October 19, 2006, 10:20:34 AM »
Hi, I\'m testing an 250 machine limit trial, and I have a problem.

We are connected to other offices via VPN, I can scan (using credentials) the local machines with no problem, see all the tabs completely filled. But when i scan other range addresses (this net is divided by 192.168.0.X (office1), 192.168.16.X (office2) I can not authenticate (it seems), and I get \"access denied\".

Simply, when i scan my local network range (192.168.0.X) i can get full access to everything, but if i go outside this range, i can not.

Windows Firewall is disabled. Simple File Sharing is disabled too. I  have credentials. There is no domain. The VPN filters Netbios ports (unnecesary traffic), I can not ping a NB name.

Any tips? And sorry for my awful english.

Your English is just fine.  Is it possible to send us your saved scan so we can see exactly what you\'re seeeing?  Just visit \"Save As...\" under the File menu after an attempted scan.  Then send the file to support@komodolabs.com.  You may ZIP the file if you\'d like.
